Tuberose Absolute is extracted from the flowers of Agave Amica through the Solvent extraction process. It belongs to the Asparagaceae or Asparagus family of plants. It is native to Mexico and planted as an ornamental plant. It travelled throughout the globe since the 17th century and used in perfume-making for a very long time. It is also known as ‘Rajnigandha’ in Hindi. Tuberose is extremely famous for its floral, sweet and intense aroma, it is made into garlands and used on Auspicious occasions in India.

Recommended Usage Rate: Absolutes are extremely concentrated in nature and if to be applied on the skin or body, should always be diluted up to a maximum dosage of 4% in a suitable carrier oil.

Formulation Guide: Highly concentrated, the below usage rates are recommended:

-Gels, Toners, Astringents or high water-based products:
--0.5% for acne-prone, sensitive and dry skin
--1% for oily and combination skin

-Creams, Oil Serum, Balms
--1% for dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin
--2% for oily and combination skin

-Hair Oil: upto 4%

-Liquid Shampoo, Soaps,
Facewash and Bodywash: 2- 3%

Shelf Life: 2 Years

Storage Guidelines: It is recommended that oils packaged in containers (for safe shipping) be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place; away from sunlight. This product has no added preservatives and the user is advised to add their own preservatives as per their end product requirements.

Caution: This is a cosmetic-grade product. Not suitable for internal consumption. This product is not recommended for babies & pregnant women. Batch Production Testing and Patch Skin Testing of the end products are recommended for all formulations before mass production/application/usage. User is requested to refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet to understand the usage and application of the product.
