Ingredients: Base Formulation: Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (20%), Cold-Pressed Castor Oil (5%), Demineralized Water (47.5%), Lye (2.5%), Propylene Glycol (5%), Glycerine (10%), Sucrose (2.5%), CAPB (3.75%) and Alkyl Polyglycoside (3.75%). Titanium Di Oxide & Unrefined Shea Butter (5% of the Base Formulation)

Recommended Usage Rate:

Formulation Guide: Cut: Cut the soap base into cubes the size of ice cube and fill the container (in which you are melting the base) up to 75% of its volume with soap base.
Add 1 to 2% filtered water to compensate for moisture loss.

Melt: Melt the soap base in a microwave or a double boiler.

--Microwave Users: Set the timer to 2 min and stop every 30 sec to check the soap base. Stir once or twice if required. And microwave for longer if required.

--LPG stove users: Melting temperature should be between 75 to 80 degrees Celsius. While melting on low flame stir lightly in time intervals. Once the base is melted, remove the utensil from heat.

Pour: Add the additives such as colour/ fragrance/ dry herbs then mix it and pour it into the mould. Let it cool down till room temperature. De-mould the soap once set and pack it in a shrink wrap paper to avoid contact with moisture.

Shelf Life: 2 Years

Storage Guidelines: Store in air-tight containers or in a cover with no exposure to air. Keep in a dry and cool place.

Caution: This is a cosmetic-grade product. Not suitable for internal consumption. This product is not recommended for babies & pregnant women. Batch Production Testing and Patch Skin Testing of the end products are recommended for all formulations before mass production/application/usage. User is requested to refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet to understand the usage and application of the product.
