Oat Protein Hydrolysate Powder is a premium cosmetic-grade ingredient formulated from enzymatically processed colloidal oat meal. The hydrolysis process reduces protein molecular weight, enabling enhanced absorption and functional performance in skincare applications. This ingredient supplies essential amino acids, avenanthramides, and polysaccharides that provide anti-inflammatory and emollient properties. Its fine particle size ensures optimal suspension in aqueous and oil-based formulations, making it suitable for creams, lotions, bath products, and treatment masks. Ideal for formulators developing products targeting sensitive, compromised, or reactive skin conditions.

Note: This product is fine and white in colour. It is produced through a spray-drying process. After enzymatic hydrolysis, the liquid is spray dried to achieve a fine, stable powder form. This product is different from our plain Collodial Oat Meal Powder (Cosmetic Grade).

Formulation Guide, Usage & Handling

Recommended Usage Rate: 10% to 100% in cosmetic formulations.

Formulation Guide: -Recommended Temperature: Formulate up to 75 C.
-Recommended pH Level: Formulate within pH 3-9.

Shelf Life: 2 Years

Storage Guidelines: Store in an air-tight glass container in a cool, dry place.

Caution: This is a cosmetic-grade product. Not suitable for internal consumption. This product is not recommended for direct skin application. It needs to be added to formulations in the prescribed percentage (as above). Batch Production Testing and Patch skin Testing of the end products are recommended for all formulations before mass production/application/usage.
